My internet connection was down for the first of the last two weeks. As a result, I had no way to update my food tracking website (Cronometer) and I found this to be very disruptive. I did keep a note of what I had eaten but was shocked to see how I had overdone it on all of my macro nutrients for the week when I was eventually able to use the website again.
It took me all of week 2 just to lose the excess weight/water that I had gained so rapidly in week 1 and I was happy to just end up with no loss/gain at the end of the fortnight. It's obvious to me that I will have to be very careful with my weight, probably for the rest of my life, as regaining the weight that I have lost is something that I want to avoid doing.
