Suama's Journal, 11 May 16

I was really ashamed of myself and so this late weigh in. I could not accept the fact! yesterday! It was up by 800g. Today, it is still up by 600g (from my lowest point, 67kg), but it is in a correct direction, so I am writing this entry. It is not a good attitude I know, but hey, dieting is quite emotional.

I will try hard today so that it will go down again tomorrow. I believe in tomorrow. Tomorrow's myself, thinner me!
67.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Big hugs! It's frustrating when you can't see a real reason for it. Plus, I gather you are petite so even the small gains feel like about 15kg of blubber (of course it isn't and hardly anyone will notice but as you say, dieting is emotional). Still, you want to lose and it isn't happening consistently so you're frustrated. You mentioned elsewhere that you are studying so that's a lot of hard work without much movement. Make sure you get up and walk around the house or even around the block now and then to break it up. Maybe look up some 10-15 minute exercise sessions you can do in breaks from your studying. Thank you very much for the lovely comment, Phooka! Yes I was frustrated and stomping!! But I just believe that we need to be patient and wait for the day to come. I will try a bit hard to do a little bit more exercise. Thanks!
