2lb I'm amazed I haven't stopped eating but have kept up the gym has made me feel more focused for this week I'm going to aim for 4lb
77.6 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
