Last few days are little inaccurate as I've been back in hospital. Nil eaten Fri and sat. light diet and plenty of fluids on sun through till today. Think I need a good vitamin boost!
78.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 0.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
