Suama's Journal, 04 May 16

I'm very happy with the weight this morning. I lost 800g yesterday, which I thought would go up today, so I defended well! Again, I had normal-ish meals for breakfast and lunch, but vegetables only for the evening. Had a couple of rice cakes as a snack, but yeah I am happy.

Hope it will go down to 66.9 tomorrow!!

I will keep trying.
67.2 kg Lost so far: 0.1 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
