Suama's Journal, 02 May 16

Yesterday, I went to a National Trust place, then there was a market on. Bought nice bread and ate it for lunch, then sausage and mash at the dinner. It was not a diet at all. I will try hard today!!! I am really disappointed with myself. I need to be more disciplined.

I find it helps to plan my meals a week at a time and (try) stick to them. Not sure I would have resisted decent, fresh bread though 😳. Maybe give that a go for a while? I'm not saying it will work but I know it works for quite a few here. Chin up!
