Finally, for the first time in many years, I've dropped below 200lbs and I've also dropped below 14 stone which has been a personal target of mine for a long time :)
I made changes to my levels of fat (primarily cheese and oil) and also lowered my protein levels during the last fortnight and had my biggest loss in months as a result. I don't know if the next fortnight will be as successful but I'm going to continue with the restriction on cheese and put coconut oil and protein back up.

Absolutely brilliant, just look at that graph shoot down. As we change weight we have different needs so need to ring the changes, I reckon. Well done for reaching the blue line.
