one more day like this and I will have lost all of the weight I didn't think possible in less than one year but as long as I'm heading in the right direction tickled pink

I will be glad when i can say that i made it to my goal weight. But if i get down to my goal clothes size, i am not going to worry about the weight part as muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space

That is so wonderful. I have been plodding along since 2014 and thought I would finish last summer. Now I'm hoping that I'll hit goal before the end of this summer. It was so much easier to lose when I was young :(
