Had a blow out this evening. Feel bad purposely going into the red. Mainly because I was weak and tired but as a bit of an experiment. Ate party food at lunch felt sluggish and it was painful nearly every time I bent over or squatted. Fine after a fairly healthy dinner. After a popcorn and honeycomb binge now have nausea, mild pain in my upper abdominal and right lateral abdominal area. I am writing this as a reminder to myself. I am changing my reasons for losing weight. This loss is not for vanity, holidays or clothing any longer. It is so I can enjoy the next 1 - 50 years I may have left, with out pain or embarrassment
80.8 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
