Day 3 of Fat Fast. Crazy scale was at 183.4 about 5 hours ago and I was thinking I would be the only person to not lose weight on it. Scared the habeegees out of myself. Going to breathe and smile while I walk my dogs!
82.5 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
