So discouraging staying on track and still not losing anymore. Had a series of PTSD panic attacks this morning, which isn't helping my state of mind at all : (

The stress doesn't help. You ARE still losing and you're making great choices. And sometimes your body just plays chicken with you...whoever blinks first, wins. Hang in there.
