Just started the second week of Keto and have lost 9 lbs in the first week - looking forward to this challenge to assist
97.5 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Tell me more? I just started two days ago. How many calories are you consuming a day or does it matter like some say?

The aim of ketosis is to get your body burning storage fat and not glucose...If you are overweight or in my case currently obese I have enough fat storage containing glucose proteins vits and mins that I could not eat anything for a month and lose all that padding with some minor discomfort - this is water fasting and most popular is 21 days.....Then after a small or long water fast you must stick to your diet calories (25-50%) of maintenance calories) and eating 70% fat 25% protein 5% carbs (from veggies only and not root vegs)and eat them in a small window daily 21/3 or 16/8 which ever is your preference - mine is dinner only until full but not stuffed
