I have made a major league effort to sleep at least 8 hours a night I am trying to walk and track steps equal in at least 7000 6 days a week and the results are starting to show again it is still somewhat depressing to realize that according to the BMI chart I'm still obese but with another 5 pounds I will just be overweight lol

LOL - I know. For my height, my goal weight will still call be overweight

Great job! Don't mind the BMI chart. It's good motivation, but really inaccurate after a certain point, because muscle mass isn't accurately accounted for in some people. I was wearing a size 3-4 last year, and was still considered overweight.
