today as part of my exercise program I ended up doing 75 sit ups I find this really amazing as one month ago I had difficulties doing 10 and I hurt for 4 days afterwards I am now doing at least 60 to 70 three times a week and looking to increase every other week

Feels amazing right? I think I'm getting addicted to the whole "I can't do it" followed by the "OMG I'm doing it" to "I wonder what else I CAN do that I keep saying I CAN'T do".

Great Job Blkbear!! "Pain is my friend" is an inspiring workout quote I use on myself sometimes, especially when I've plateaued or feeling especially lethargic and lazy. It's from Daniela Ryf who just won the World Ironman this last October in Kailua Kona, Hawaii.
