So I am 87kg, i have been 100kg only 3 years ago and also I have been down to 77kg (Which is as low as I can go without becoming skinny) 77KG is my best weight, i want to get to it and maintain under 80kg.
I recently cycled a lot but had my bike pinched and never replaced it (I was 80kg when it was nicked 6months back) having got out of the habit of getting my sweat on the weight has creeped on at 1kg a month and I am going to be sub 80k within the month.
