I had a really bad week yesterday I eat 2 bars of chocolate and had a magnum and when I weighed today have shown a gain of 2 lbs on the week gained 1.1/2 lbs. I must take myself on hand or I will be undoing all my good work start again today and will stick to it and show a loss next week I am still showing a stone loss so I haven't gone back up.
