Most of the weight (7lbs) was lost in the first 4 days of the fortnight. After that I ate cheese for 6-7 days and lost nothing. The last few days I cut out the cheese and lost another (1) pound.
131.5 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
