My weight went up a little bit today but I have been ill, and was staying in bed all day yesterday (no exercise) so it was understandable. I am taking another day off today, so it means I cannot go swimming again. Really tempted to sneak out the bed but if anybody from the company sees me, I will be in a big trouble!

I will cut down carbo today. Cooked veggies and salad later.

When my weight goes up more than 65kg, my tummy and below my breasts become really fatty. The other day, when I was chasing the bus, I could feel those areas were shaking up and down as I ran. It felt like a soggy fat bag. It was disgusting.

I'll definitely say goodbye to the ugly fat!
