After a very good weekend I was pleasantly surprised this morning to see that i had lost another 3 lbs. I know I was extremely naughty over the weekend but I obviously had more restraint then I thought I would.
fathers Day was yesterday and it was fantastic. Even with all the food tempting me and I will hold my hand up and say i had the largest slice of cheesecake I could get lol. It was too good to pass up.
I hope everyone had a great weekend.
