I'm 35 and trying to get healthy. I've done it before but maintaining a healthy eating lifestyle grew difficult with my job. I was in the road 5 days a week 14 hours a day. It was a struggle and I regained everything I'd previously lost with 5 extra pounds. I quit that April 2023 and have slowly made cut backs to get healthy again. I've lost 45 lbs since last April. Time to buckle down even more!
145.5 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 9.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
