I've not been on FS this week as I've been away in Rome Monday to Friday. I love italian food and i ate whatever I wanted, food was great. Rome was great. We went to all the important attractions and according to misfit we walked 38 miles! And that of course does not include the shuffling we had to do around the Vatican. Must get tough this week and loose the 5lb I gained.
67.7 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

sounds like a wonderful holiday :) I always feel good after a break like this, ans even if I gain so weight I am much more motivated to get back to healthy habits. Good luck to you!

Sounds like a perfect vacation. I too would have eaten everything Rome had to offer. You will get back on track this week and with great memories!
