I am delighted with myself for being able to stay on my diet purpose over the last five days whilst I was stress tested elsewhere.
I like to think I have managed to get all those monkeys off my back by a deflection coping technique that is ebay bargain sniping - I now have ten pairs of (all different) Rohan walking trousers and ten different Rohan shirts - Should see me to the grave.
Next up I need to start jogging again
