I only managed to loose 2kg in March as I messed up several times over the easter hols. Still pleased though, but too many tempting sweet things for me were around - I wouldn't have them in the house but that's another story. My target for April to lose another 3kg In other news I have been out in the garden (when it's dry )working on a new raised beds and patio combo mostly the beds are planted out -It's raining today so the plan is to make another pair of planters for our blueberries in the garage - Like the two little ones in the photo. There is such a nice smell when cutting wood that always puts me in a good mood. I hope you all have a nice week

You're pretty close to your goal so i wouldnt worry too much ;) . BTW what Hi-Fi do you own and whats your music preference ? I used to own Meridian boothroyd stuart cd/amps/ with monitor Audio Gold speakers . My music tastes range through Jazz to Heavy metal / thrash - not a rap or modern music fan though ( prob age related lol )
