Middle of weight window, so no change in set weight.

Lots of skiing, dog walks and indoor bike training with occasional snow shoveling (as needed) rounds out my winter "gym" time and monthly calorie expenditures.

Haven't needed to restrict calorie intake much with my recent and current activity levels with longer trainer rides (2 hours plus) requiring +/- 250 calories of carbs per hour along with electrolyte mix, gatorade and chocolate milk supplying additional calories and hydration.

First picture taken at Big Sky, Montana near the end of an early February, nine day ski trip with my best ski buddy, Chuck...we've been skiing together over forty years.

Second pic taken at Mangey Moose (Guiness - adult hydration), the end our second day at Jackson Hole, WY.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks a bunch DP and Rhontique! It's nice to be able to enjoy physical challenges that actually help keep us healthy and fit...I'm grateful and sure don't take this for granted..
