Happy with my weight loss, only a couple of pounds untill I have a healthy bmi! Last day studying in costa today and strangely the cakes are not tempting today.

Im trying to eat more calories today through protein and healthy fats and not bother with a calorie defecit as I want my brain tip top for my exam tomorrow.

According to what I read on the Internet carbs can have a calming and sleep inducing potential so I will have a stir fry with noodles tonight. Intrestingly turkey has something in it which also induces sleep so no turkey tomorrow but I may put it in my stir fry tonight.

Good luck to all my fs buddies who have stressful situations at the moment. Thankyou to all those who have been supporting me through my revision. This is such a supportive community. Keep up the great work every one. Now must get my books out. :-D

Tryptophan. It's an amino acid that is high in turkey and causes thanksgiving coma because of all the turkey consumed.

Thanks. Just finished revising binomial theorem. Still got taylor series and complex numbers. I think I will skip tylor series and move onto complex numbers. Think I will just do another 2 hours then head home and get my stuff ready for tomorrow. Need to read the regulations for the exam still. This time tomorrow I will be in the middle of my exam!

Relax and trust yourself - feed that brain fat and protein! Nuts are a good choice.

Well I've just finished my revision. Skipped taylor series as I said. Thanks HCB. I can take food in with me so im going to take walnuts, thought about sunflower seeds but ive been eating them today and they are too fiddly. Ive planned my food up until my exam already. I may not record my evening meal as im going out for a celebratory Indian and will prob blow the diet lol :-) off home now to read the exam regulations and get everything ready. My exam is at 2.30-5.30 tomorrow afternoon, so I will try and sleep in and then go into Manchester and wander about the shops (aand wander about on fs) until its time. Thanks for all your support guys. :-)

If if can ever help: from what I know, brain cells are "fatty" cells and they really do need fat to work proper. :) So... adding more healthy fats = good thing you did! :)
