so excited to be in the green with only 6 lbs between me and my goal weight. But I only have a couple of lbs untill I stop having an over weight bmi. This is my focus at present.

When my exam is over I hope to get tough, exercise daily, and not eat any treats unless it is a family birthday or away on holiday. The mountain top gets ever closer. And buddies we will get there together. :-D
66.2 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks. I'm feeling much fitter and lighter too. Also down to 32" waist. Just need to drop 1" to be in healthy range. :-D

:) That's so great!!! I wish I was so close! You're an inspiration ;) ! If it help, from an objective point of view: you may consider either not feeling "them" as "treats" (not just not naming them like this, this part doesn't matter too much, but actually not feeling them like this inside your "heart and mind") or finding a way that's ok for you for the rest of your very long life ahead to... have them! :) BTW... I need to ckeck my BMI according to body measurements! :) Haven't done this yet, ups! :D I totally forgot! Anyway... good luck and keep it going! :)
