Still need to loose 1.2 lb to reach my next mini goal of 10.5 St. feel like I will never get there. When I last lost weight 10 years ago 10.5 st was where I got to, I couldn't push through it, then life changed and I saw all the weight come back. Acording to bmi etc I need to loose about 5lb to not be overweight anymore. It seems so close yet so far away. I also need to drop 1" on my waist to not be overweight. Hope I get there soon, I don't know what else I can do to raise my game.

Thanks guys. I've got an exam coming up which I need to pass to be able to go to university. Its making me very stressed which I think im transferring the stress to my weight. sometimes I feel like I won't pass just like I feel like I won't reach my weight goals y know. I need to take a breath and keep climbing. And take heart from all this loverly fs positivity. Thanks. :-D

Sometimes when we get close we slow down. Take heart Pink. Look how far you have come and focus on that. The weight will come off. And try not to stress too much about the exam. Stay relaxed and focused and you will hit both goals.
