Still maintaining in middle of weight window so no change in set weight. Christmas season exceeded set weight for a bit, but settled back in the window after the new year.

Activity stats for 2023:
> 239 days with an activity and corresponding heartrate logged
> 478 hours activity logged in the year
> 12,499 kms biked with 84,404m climbed
> approximately 290,000 calories burned during logged activities (+/- 610 cal/hr).

Still logging food intake and active exercise on a daily basis.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 19.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
