Having work done to the house, so no kitchen. Spent the week eating microwave meals, which I never do!! No cooking from scratch has ultimately led to a weight increase. I recorded my calories and they were on track, but carbs over/higher than usual. Holiday in 10 days so I’ll keep trying to lose as much as I can …
63.7 kg Lost so far: 28.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
