You gain some, you lose some! My upper limit is 63kg so I need to be careful … 😬 I’m going to spend the next week trying to lose 1kg 🤞🤞
62.4 kg Lost so far: 29.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
