HUGE spike upwards due to holiday but not worried. It’ll come off over the next couple of weeks once I start logging food again. 63kg is meant to be my highest, so I’ve gone over. I’m still experimenting with sticking to my goal weight (anything under 63 kg), especially when on holiday. Not easy on an all inclusive, but equally I’ve lost so much weight now I know what to do to pull it back. Christmas holidays are on the horizon so at least I have a goal date …
64.8 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
