Oops! Holiday gain - but still under initial target weight/maximum I want to be (63kg). Back to low carb and low calories for a couple of weeks to ensure I maintain. Going to lower next target weight even more so I can eat even more when I’m away and still maintain! So much easier maintaining at home than on holiday 😂😂⛱️
62.8 kg Lost so far: 29.2 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
