Today is a special day. First time in my adult life I've been in the "normal" BMI range. Words can't describe how happy I am right now.

65.6 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg. Still to go: 11.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.7 kg a Week
