Not unexpected!
Interestingly, to me anyway, according to my whoop I was burning approx 2000 a day at camp. Those were very high NEAT days.
My next highest calorie burn days are swim days, approx 1900.
Then weight training days come in at approx 1800.
Days off coming in at approx 1600.
However, it doesn't matter how many calories I burn, if I am eating too much I will put weight on!

BTW, I just thought I would add. The whoop-wearing men at camp were burning 3500, doing the same stuff as me. How unfair is that??!!
