Good weigh in today. I’m managing to maintain by sticking to my daily calorie and carb allowance. I’d still like to lose a little more, just to have room to eat out or over eat occasionally! 👏🏻👏🏻
61.9 kg Lost so far: 30.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
