Birthday celebrations for my son led to calorie and carb heavy food. Not worried. A week will shift the excess and hopefully more. Four weeks until I want to hit next goal.
63.8 kg Lost so far: 28.2 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Brit. I’ve hit my goal but want to be a couple of kgs lower, to enable me to have the odd day like a birthday celebration/holidays etc. without feeling I’m missing out! Unfortunately the nature of the beast is one DAY off = one WEEK of being strict in payback 🤣🤣
