I've used the excuse for the past 3.5 years that work kept me on the road so much that is all I had time to eat was fast food. Well no more. I've changed jobs now and am able to make healthy lunches, have time to eat them and have time to cook healthy dinners again. Time to get my butt back in gear and get healthy again.
164.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
