Anne_145's Journal, 28 Apr 23

Creeping up and up. Occasionally I get what I call a "fat and happy" mindset. It's difficult to explain but that's where I am just now. Waiting for that to change so I can knock the extra kilo off before too much damage is done 😡🙂

We do, Carda. I always advise people not to panic, to regroup and start again. I am not panicking but do need to regroup and start again!

Yup, I know that place and I've got the t-shirt too, Anne! All in good time and you know once that switch is flipped it will be GO time - and at least you've not got far to go! xxx

Its weird, Nikina. It seems to happen to me when everything in life is going well, I lose my edge. So its a quandary! Perhaps I need the stress hormones to keep me fired up but its also nice not to have stress too!

It happens Anne my darling am the opposite I gain when things are not going well that explains the weight gain😔 loosing momentum is common a couple of days of discipline and ur back on track wouldn’t worry about it

Nadia are you Okay?

Yes, Nadia. I think it is more common to stress eat. I seem to be the opposite. I am sure the universe will kick my butt soon so I am making the most of feeling relaxed about stuff.

Right now I'm sat in Sheffield wetherspoons waiting for katsu chicken curry, my daughter was quiet poorly over the new year n has colitis, all new food change for her n she's lost a lot of weight so I'm thinking of going keto, she's looking great so starting 1st may but need to read up on it and get guidance from madi xx

I have a friend with ulcerative colitis and he had to change diet completely. He doesn't do keto but cuts out stuff that flares him eg fizzy drinks, milk, high fibre items, alcohol. Its been trial and error for him and he has lost weight but was overweight to begin with. He's a young lad so it's tough for him.

Madi is now gluten, wheat, carb, sugar n dairy free she too was over weight but has lost quiet a bit now, it's as u say trial n error, poor kids took it all in her stride,xx
