I'm feeling pretty good! I haven't weighed or measured myself today but my clothes don't feel as tight. I'm not eating most days between 8pm and 12pm the following day, I do have a fatty coffee in the morning. I am finding it quite easy, I'm on a keto type diet, it seems to be keeping my appetite under control - I'm not going down the route of testing myself all the time though!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
