Another weight loss. I’ve been managing around 750-1000 cals per day. Still have covid. Still feeling nauseous. Keeping carbs to a minimum but craving crisps!!
64.5 kg Lost so far: 27.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
