Not bad considering holiday in LA. Now going for 800 cals per day, 6 kg loss in 8 weeks. Aim: 66.6 kg by Christmas.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
