First "official" weigh in since 214 days ago, although I do weigh myself almost every day to follow my hydration and overall body composition trends.

Still in the middle of my weight window so no change in set weight.

Highlights over the last 7 or so months; did a ton of landscaping on our acreage last year and this spring, cycling and skiing still main fun activities, some recent travel in Europe, broke my foot April 3 on a bike accident => 6-7 wks with crutches and no weight bearing on the foot until mid-May.

Still logging activity calories and food calories to try to maintain energy and recovery on fitness build cycles as well as monitor/reduce calorie intake for lower output weeks.

Have not been on the FS feeds very much this last year although when I do it is very nice to still see the consistentency and effort of so many.

So far so good beca_ca, probably about 75% healed (walking, hiking and biking allowed)...still have to be pretty careful for a few more months. Thanks HCB, hope you're days are going well!
