I have lost approximately a kilo
I keep changing my mine about the weight measurments to use. Personally I'm a stone girl- but here the only options are lbs or kilos.
For goal weight I ether have to loose 17kg or 42lbs- it seems like a smaller target by putting it in Kg- so I have switched again,

Still to go: 17.6 kg.
Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
