I've gained 10lbs since last fall?! I didn't realize it was that much... I lost over 40lbs 5 years ago and have maintained since. I'm now about 5lbs above my preferred weight range, so I gotta fix that. I also want to go further than I did before - my small frame means that 115-120lbs (with current muscle mass) is still chubby for me. I'm loosely aiming for 108lbs, being at the low end of my height's acceptable range, but that's not a definite target - I may stop before then.
55.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
