My Goal is to lose 2 lbs a week by sticking to calorie counting and making healthy choices. Exercise Exercise exercise!!!!!!
96.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
