I am down by 1/2 lb which isn't much as I have been really good but I have suffered with conspitation so that could be the reason I havent lost much but I am not going to give in and will keep on my diet and remember I have lost 3st.only 1st to go to get my target
66.0 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
