The weekend is the hardest, especially when you are around people eating normally.
I’m just sticking to my plan and pulling right back on the carbs and reducing what I’m eating.

Whenever I find myself thinking I’m hungry, I just remember that if I don’t give in I’ll keep moving forward.
I know as soon as I eat in the evening, the being hungry during the day will be forgotten about.

I just hope I can keep it up, especially as I see so many people here on FS doing so well.
I got myself to nearly 20st through bad choices and indifference, only I can fix it.
119.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hi Distant, I was moaning about eating normally to a friend recently. She pointed out that over 60% of adults are overweight or obese. They are not actually eating normally but are overeating. It helped me to realise that 'normal' - the way most people currently eat vs 'normal' - the way we should all actually be eating are extremely different things. It has helped me, I just thought I'd share. Good luck 😊

Good point sumaiyamc!! I’ve caught myself with portion sizes in the last few months and know it’s too much now I’m trying to retrain (or just train!) myself to adjust my perception. Keep at it, Distant you will achieve what you set out to do! Sending good vibes your way 🌻
