Kind of expected the increase, while calories stayed the same and exercise increased this week the scales have been doing an impression of the Himalayas!

Putting it down to water weight fluctuations and an early 'Time', but onwards and hopefully not upwards this week!!

NSV's this week, walking speed is quicker and distances covered have increased, clothes are now looser.
102.3 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
