Had a tough week this week - really felt like snacking late at night. It's tough when there are snacks in the house for the children.
Have bought a new bike, and looking forward to taking it for a spin this weekend. Also have a new weights set on the way.
It's nice that the weight is coming off, but I also need to tone up.
