First weigh in for ages. Have been running most days and trying to build myself up again. Went a little nuts around my birthday, but you can't be on a diet all the time can you? Started a new job, and feeling good.

Have been up and down since Easter, but exercising every day and feeling good. Generally feel better closer to 15 stone than 16 stone so feel like I've found my range. If I can maintain here I'll be happy.

Had a great Easter, went crazy eating and drinking and put on a stone! Back on track this week and glad to see most of it come off again since Monday. Amazing how the body can fluctuate with water weight when you eat more.

Running or cycling every day, and feeling good. Hitting the road for Easter now to see family though, so all bets are off! Going to try not counting calories for a week and see where we end up.

Had a few bad days last week and felt like I was slipping out of control. This week I've limited my calories and got back on track. My wife took this photo before I went out running for an hour yesterday. Compared to a year ago when I was firing up the barbeque, I find the difference surreal!
